As stores and malls get crowded, it’s not just shoppers who are taking advantage of the season. Pickpockets and thieves will be out in full force. If you’re not careful you could become a victim before you even know it.
The Grinch isn’t just in the movies. He’s all over during the holidays, just waiting for an opportunity to strike.
And people being off their guard are exactly what thieves thrive on. Often they come in pairs. One person will distract a shopper, while the other steals the shoppers belongings.
